In zwei H\u00e4lften teilen und ausrollen und das Backblech auslegen , mit den zuvor gesch\u00e4lten und geraspelten \u00c4pfel auf den Teig verteilen , Zucker , Zimt und Rosinen dar\u00fcber streuen. Aluatul se imparte in doua parti, prima parte<br \/>\nintinde cu sucitorul si se pune in tava pregatita si unsa , pe acest aluat se pun<br \/>\nmerele cojite si rase, care cind le-am pus le-am stors de zeama, pe aceste mere<br \/>\nam pus zaharul, scortisoara si stafidele. Apoi am intins a doua foaie pe care am pus-o peste si in partea de sus am inpuns cu furculite in unele parti ( se poate vedea si in poza) .
