Vanillepuddingpulver, 500 g Quark<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 Pck. Tortenguss<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Aus den Teigzutaten wird ein Teig hergestellt, ein Teil kommt am Boden der vorgefetteten Form und der restliche Teig wird zu einer Rolle geformt und am Rand der Form leicht angedruckt und mit der Form f\u00fcr 30 Minuten kaltgestellt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Wir verwenden eine 26 cm Form<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr der F\u00fcllung die Kirschen abgie\u00dfen und den Saft auffangen. Sahne steif schlagen und die Eier mit dem Zucker schaumig r\u00fchren, Vanillezucker und Vanillepuddingpulver unterr\u00fchren und zu letzt den Quark unterr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Kirschen kommen auf den Teig (wenn keine Kinder mitessen dann lege ich dir Kirschen in Kirschlik\u00f6r und lasse sie abtropfen.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Quarkmasse dr\u00fcber geben und ab im Backofen, da wird er abei 170 Grad circa 70 Minuten gebacken.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dannach den Ofen ausmachen und circa noch 10 Minuten drin lassen und auch noch\u00a0 10 Minuten bei ge\u00f6ffneter Backofen T\u00fcr ruhen lassen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">In der Form erkalten lassen. Aus dem Tortenguss zusammen mit dem Kirschsaft einen Guss zubereiten und \u00fcber dem erkalteten Kuchen geben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Auch im Tortenguss gebe ich, wenn keine Kinder mitessen, ein wenig Kirschlik\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Kuchen mit Schokoraspeln verzieren und beim\u00a0 Servieren kann man den Kuchen mit Sahnetupfen verzieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/bodea-inge.de\/hobbyseite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/ro.png\" class=\"liimagelink\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-778\" src=\"http:\/\/bodea-inge.de\/hobbyseite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/ro.png\" alt=\"ro\" width=\"16\" height=\"11\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Ingrediente<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">250 g faina, 3 linguri cacao, 125 g zahar, 1 lingura zahar vanilat, 100 g unt, 1 ou,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Umplatura<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 borcan de compot de cirese( daca nu sint copii care sa manince , pun ciresele in visinata si apoi le las sa se scurga), 500 ml frisca, 3 oua, 100g zahar, 1 lingura zahar vanilat, 1 pachet de pudinca de vanilie, 500 g de brinza dulce, si un plic de gel fix rosu de la dr oetker<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Mod de preparare<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ingredientele pentru aluat se amesteca si se pune jos in tava in prealabil unsa cu unt si din restul de aluat se face asa un sul ce se pune dealungul peretii formei in care se coace. Tava are o marime cu diametrul de 26 cm. Se pune la rece in frigider pentru 30 minute.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pentru umplatura se scurg bine ciresele din compot sau cele puse in visinata, dar nu visinele din visinata , ca sint prea alcolizate. Ciresele scurse se pun pe fundul formei pe aluat, Se mesteca bine si spumos ouale si zaharul, se bate frisca si se pune deasupra, la fel se pune si brinza dulce scursa bine. Totul se amesteca bine , bineinteles cu telul nu cu masina. Se pune la copt pentru 70 minute la 170 grade.
