class=\"ingredient\"> <span class=\"amount\"> 70 gr <\/span> <span class=\"name\"> Zucker (oder 4 TL Stevia, man mu\u00df aber probieren, ob er genug s\u00fc\u00df ist, den die Geschm\u00e4cker sind ja verschieden, mir reichten 3 )<br \/>\n<\/span> <\/span> <span class=\"ingredient\"> <span class=\"amount\"> 25 g Hefe <\/span><span class=\"name\"><br \/>\n<\/span> <\/span> <span class=\"ingredient\"> <span class=\"amount\"> 125 ml <\/span> <span class=\"name\"> Milch<br \/>\n<\/span> <\/span> <span class=\"ingredient\"> <span class=\"amount\"> 75 gr <\/span> <span class=\"name\"> Magarine<br \/>\n<\/span> <\/span> <span class=\"ingredient\"> <span class=\"amount\"> 1 <\/span> <span class=\"name\"> Ei<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr den Belag habe ich 1,5 Kg Aprikosen oder 1,5 kg Kirschen genommen, man kann auch die H\u00e4llfte mit Aprikosen und die andere H\u00e4lfte mit<br \/>\nKirschen belegen<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>f\u00fcr die Streusel<\/b><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"ingredient\"> <span class=\"amount\"> 150 gr <\/span> <span class=\"name\"> Mehl<br \/>\n<\/span> <\/span> <span class=\"ingredient\"> <span class=\"amount\"> 50 gr <\/span> <span class=\"name\"> Zucker ( 3 TL Steviazucker)<br \/>\n<\/span> <\/span> <span class=\"ingredient\"> <span class=\"amount\"> 100 gr <\/span> <span class=\"name\"> Butter<br \/>\n2 TL\u00a0 Zimtpulver<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mehl in einer Sch\u00fcssel geben , in die Mitte eine Vertiefung dr\u00fccken. Zucker( 1\/2 TL Steviazucker ) und die zerbr\u00f6ckelte Hefe hineingeben und einen Teil der Milch dazu geben. 15 Minuten\u00a0 zugedeckt gehen lassen . Danach die restliche Milch , das Salz, die zerlassene Butter\u00a0 und die Eier dazugeben.\u00a0 Mit der Hand oder einer K\u00fcchenmaschine (Knethacken)den Teig geschmeidig kneten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Zugedeckt 30 Minuten, gehen lassen . Den Teig ausrollen und in der Form reintun. Wieder eine halbe Stunde gehen lassen. Die Form einfetten oder<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">auch nicht h\u00e4ngt von der Backform ab .Danach den Teig mit den Fr\u00fcchten belegen und mit ein wenig Zimt( 1 TL) und\u00a0 Zucker( 2 TL Stevia ) bestreuen<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die vorher zubereiteten Streusel \u00fcber die Fr\u00fcchte streuen und im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 190 Grad f\u00fcr 40 Minuten backen, wer m\u00f6chte kann mit Puderzucker bestreuen oder mit<br \/>\nmit 1 TL Steviazucker mit Zimt mischen und damit bestreuen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mit Steviazucker mu\u00df man experimentieren und immer wieder probieren, den es gibt mehrere Produkte und ob alle gleich sind , das wei\u00df ich nicht, deshalb probieren<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/bodea-inge.de\/hobbyseite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/ro.png\" class=\"liimagelink\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-778\" alt=\"ro\" src=\"http:\/\/bodea-inge.de\/hobbyseite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/ro.png\" width=\"16\" height=\"11\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingrediente aluat<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"ingredient\"><span class=\"amount\">300 gr <\/span><span class=\"name\">faina<br \/>\n<\/span> <\/span> <span class=\"ingredient\"> <span class=\"amount\"> 70 gr zahar<\/span><span class=\"name\"> (sau\u00a0 4 lingurite zahar Stevia, trebuie incercat ca gustul de dulce este la fiecare diferit la unii la place mai dulce la altii nu, eu am luat 3 lingurite )<br \/>\n<\/span> <\/span> <span class=\"ingredient\"> <span class=\"amount\"> 25 g drojdie<\/span><span class=\"name\"><br \/>\n<\/span> <\/span> <span class=\"ingredient\"> <span class=\"amount\"> 125 ml <\/span><span class=\"name\">lapte<br \/>\n<\/span> <\/span> <span class=\"ingredient\"> <span class=\"amount\"> 75 gr <\/span><span class=\"name\">margarina<br \/>\n<\/span> <\/span> <span class=\"ingredient\"> <span class=\"amount\"> 1 ou<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pentru deasupra am luat 1,5kg caise sau 1,5kg cirese sau se poate face jumi\/juma<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Pentru fariminturiile deasupra (fulgi)<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"ingredient\"> <span class=\"amount\"> 150 gr <\/span><span class=\"name\">faina<br \/>\n<\/span> <\/span> <span class=\"ingredient\"> <span class=\"amount\"> 50 gr zahar<\/span><span class=\"name\"> ( 3 lingurite zahar stevie)<br \/>\n<\/span> <\/span> <span class=\"ingredient\"> <span class=\"amount\"> 100 gr <\/span><span class=\"name\">unt<br \/>\n2 lingurite scortisoare<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Astea se amesteca cu mina sa devina asa sfarimicioase, daca folositi stevia , gustati daca este destul de dulce, stevia fiind foarte dulce , dar are 0 kcal .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Mod de preparare<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Se pune faina int-un vas, eu pun in vasul de la masina de bucatarie, facem o adincitura in care punem drojdia care am sfarimat-o<br \/>\nsi am mestecat-o cu putin zahar sau stevia ( 1\/2lingurita) si astea le-am mestecat cu putin lapte caldut. Astea le lasam acoperite la caldura pentru<br \/>\n15 minute. Dupa aceia punem resteul de lapte, sare, untul topit, zahar sau stevia si oul. Le amestecam bine cu mina sau cu masina .<br \/>\nAcoperit se lasa iar 30 minute.
