Eiweiss mit Wasser und dem restlichen Zucker steif schlagen und unterheben. Backbleche einfetten und mit Mehl best\u00e4uben. Von dem Teig drei d\u00fcnne B\u00f6den von 35 x 30 cm auf die Backbleche streichen und im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 200\u00b0 6 &#8211; 8 Minuten backen. Sofort vom Blech abl\u00f6sen und abk\u00fchlen lassen. Die B\u00f6den der L\u00e4nge nach je in 3 Streifen schneiden. Die Biskuitstreifen mit Creme bestreichen und aufeinander setzen. Die restliche Creme auf dem Rand der Torte verstreichen. Zucker und Butter unter r\u00fchren schmelzen lassen, sofort auf die Torte streichen. Ein Messer \u00fcber einer Flamme erhitzen und rasch den Karamell\u00fcberzug in Schnitten teilen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Breite und Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Doboschplatten h\u00e4ngt von der Form ab, ich nehme\u00a0 unterschiedliche Formen mal teile ich sie in 2 mal in 3 Teile , meine Platten sind ganz d\u00fcnn, so bekomme ich wenn ich sie nachher teile bis zu 22 Platten raus .<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Creme:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Eier mit Zucker, Vanillezucker und Schokolade auf dem Herd steif schlagen. Ausk\u00fchlen lassen. Butter schaumig r\u00fchren, l\u00f6ffelweise die Creme unterr\u00fchren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"><strong>Tortul Dobos<a href=\"http:\/\/bodea-inge.de\/hobbyseite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/ro.png\" class=\"liimagelink\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-780\" src=\"http:\/\/bodea-inge.de\/hobbyseite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/ro.png\" alt=\"ro\" width=\"16\" height=\"11\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Acest Tort este unul din preferatele noastre, asa cum nu lipseste cozonacul de sarbatori asa si dobosul isi gaseste la fiecare sarbatoare locul printre bunatati<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La inceput poate va pare greu de facut, dar nu este in Romania avam cuptor cu gaz , era ideal pentru a coace foile , aici coc cu curent, la inceput m-am luptat cu cuptorul dar am vazut pina la urma cum se coace cu el, fiecare cuptor are &#8222;toanele &#8222;sale, eu il cunosc pe al meu si il direjez cum vreau sau cum imi trebuie mie, deci daca nu va reuseste de prima data incercati cuptorul mai cald mai rece ,jonglati la timp ..si la temperatura ..la cuptorul ce il am acum trebuie doar 5 minute . Sint sigura ca o sa reusiti . Eu am fotografiat toate etapele cum l-am facut.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Ingrediente pentru aluat<\/strong><\/span>, e<span style=\"color: #000000;\">ste de fapt aluatul de biscuit adica din care se face blatul de tort.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">8 galbenusuri, 180 gr .zahar, 200 g faina , 8 albusuri si doau linguri de apa<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Glazura<\/strong>: 150 gr. zahar si 30 g unt<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Pentru forma: <\/strong>unt si faina<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>crema:<\/strong> 6 oua , 200 gr zahar, 200 gr unt un pachet zahar vanilat, si cacao 50 gr, dar eu o fac cu ciocolata amaruie Lindt sau care aveti.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Galbenusul se freaca cu 3\/4 din zahar spumos si se puna dupa aceia faina deasupra. Albusul se bate si se pune restul de zahar si pe rind linguritele de apa. Apoi se pune albusul peste mestecul de galbenus si faina si se amesteca cu telul , de jos in sus&#8230;Atentie nu cu masina, frumos cu minuta \ud83d\ude42<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Tava ( dosul tavii) se unge si se presara cu faina, ca in poze ..se iau apoi depinde de marimea tavei la a mea 3-4 linguri de aluat si se intinde pe dosul tavii si se pune la copt in cuptorul incalzit prealabil la 200 grade , caldura jos si sus\u00a0 pina la 6-8 minute, vedeti cum este la cuptorul vostru, si eu am trebuit sa arunc citeva pina am gasit temperatura si timpul in care trebuie coapte foile. dar la a doua sau treia foaie era clar ce trebuie sa schimb, si mi-am notat in carnetel. Atentie merge foarte repede, deci nu plecati la plimbare sau faceti alte lucruri prin casa. \ud83d\ude09\u00a0 Imediat le luati de pe tava , eu pun ca sa nu se lipeasca una de alta, intre ele hirtie de copt. Depinde de marimea tavii taiati foile in 2-3 bucati de-a lungul . Cind sint reci si crema este rece le umpleti punind o foaie peste alta , una o retineti pentru partea cu glazura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Glazura<\/strong> o faceti in felul urmator: Zahar si untul il puneti intr-o craticioara si lasati sa se topeasca zaharul deci faceti un caramel , care il intindeti repede peste foaia pastrata.
