Im Backofen f\u00fcr 15 Minuten und vor dem servieren kommen mit Petersillie bestreuen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Als Garnitur eventuell auch f\u00fcr die gef\u00fcllten Champinions<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/bodea-inge.de\/hobbyseite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/rumaenien.gif\" class=\"liimagelink\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-916\" title=\"rumaenien\" src=\"http:\/\/bodea-inge.de\/hobbyseite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/rumaenien.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"60\" height=\"30\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Ingrediente<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>2-3 cartofi dulci, 2 cepa dulci, ulei de masline, 1 lingurita praf de ghimbir, 1 lingurita boia iute, sucul de la \u00bd portocala, 1 lingura de miere, patrunjel tocat, cateva masline negre, sare si piper.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mod de preparare<\/strong><br \/>\nCartofii curatati de coaja, taiati cuburi, si ceapa taiata in sferturi, se aseaza intr-un singur strat intr-o tava de cuptor. Se amesteca 4-5 linguri ulei cu ghimbir, chimen, boia, suc de portocale si miere. Se toarna acest amestec peste cartofi si ceapa. Se sareaza-pipereaza si se lasa la cuptor 15-20 minute. Inainte de servire, se adauga patrunjel si masline.
